Terms and Conditions of McKAL limited warranty.

Lifetime, 3 years or 1 year limited warranty:
McKAL warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials, design, assembly and workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental/deliberate damage, misuse, improper care, wear and tear, or alteration, or acts of God, such as floods and earthquakes.

This warranty lasts as long as the original purchaser owns the product with original proof of purchase. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. To report a warranty defect, please contact customer support through email warranty@mckal.com. International customers please contact the McKAL office closest to you. Please include your telephone number so that we may contact you. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from McKAL. Original proof of purchase is required for warranty claim. Local McKAL office will assess and decide the validity of warranty.

This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem.

NOTE: For item(s) received as gift, bundled or special priced (marked down by reseller), the warranty period, if any, shall be limited to 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of purchased, as stated by reseller. McKAL reserves the right to reject any warranty claim without any dated proof of purchase or receipt. Please check with your reseller on the warranty validity, if any.
